Common Roots Learning is a guided homeschool partnership for Texas families. Under Texas law, you remain the administrator of your child’s homeschool.
We provide high-level daily instruction, curriculum, and academic support—acting as your child’s “lead instructor” while you maintain full legal autonomy.

Texas is a parent-directed homeschool state. This means you are responsible for overseeing your child’s education.
We support you by providing:

This allows you to meet state requirements with confidence—without managing everything alone.

Because we only accept 12 students, we recommend applying early.

We have submitted our application to become an official TEFA vendor through the Odyssey platform.
Our status is currently pending final approval as the state processes providers for the 2026–2027 school year. We expect to be active in the ClassWallet marketplace once funds are released.
Parents are ultimately responsible for tuition regardless of funding approval status.
